However, if you want to maintain a healthy weight, pancreas and blood sugar level, then you should monitor your food intake more closely. Remember, breads and pasta are also high in sugar.

If you’re a little bit overweight (or even a lot), you should tackle your weight problems sensibly. Don’t embark on crazy diet fads for a quick fix. Instead, focus on changing your lifestyle.
